Refund Policy

At Niyati Nivas, we value transparency and aim to deliver results. Our Owners Premium Plan is designed to provide comprehensive support to property owners in finding suitable tenants for their commercial spaces. The plan is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of subscription.


Refund Eligibility

If we are unable to secure a tenant for your property within the 3-month validity period, you may be eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined below:


βœ… 100% Refund – Exclusive Listing Agreement

If the property owner agrees to list their property exclusively with Niyati Nivas for the full duration of the plan (3 months), and we are unable to find a suitable tenant within that time frame, 100% of the subscription fee will be refunded.


βœ… 60% Refund – Non-Exclusive Listing

If the property owner chooses not to list the property exclusively with Niyati Nivas, but we are still unable to find a tenant within the 3-month period, 60% of the subscription fee will be refunded.


❌ Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The owner fails to provide accurate property details, documentation, or access for site visits.

  • The property is withdrawn from the market during the subscription period.

  • The property is leased or sold through other channels without prior notice to Niyati Nivas.

  • The owner breaches any terms agreed upon during the listing process.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the plan expiration date.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 Business day.Β
